Every so often in one’s life, a person makes an exceptional choice that changes the trajectory of their life. For me, my latest GREAT decision was to successfully become a Certified Yoga Teacher. This by far was one of the best decisions that I have made in my entire life. Practicing yoga more frequently assists me in finding more balance, focus, strength, and flexibility. It brings me great joy to be able to assist others in deepening their discipline, while simultaneously opening themselves up for infinite abundance.
Some people have been misled to believe that one has to be exceedingly flexible to practice yoga, that yoga is just for women, or that yoga itself is a religion. Contrarily, yoga promotes unity of the mind, body, and spirit and can be practiced by anyone searching for inner peace, looking to live a healthy life – despite one’s level of agility, sex, or religious orientation.
Today I took a moment to help a friend with his yoga practice. This friend isn’t the most flexible person in the world and has had very little experience practicing yoga – yet he performs very well. I filmed the part of our session where I go through Surya Namaskar A and B (Sun Salutation A and B), to share with you guys. I hope to inspire those of you that may be skeptical of practicing yoga to open your horizons and give it a try … you may just really like it A Lot!!! Check out the video below!

Hopefully this comment does not turn up several times (it appears to hang up as soon as I make sure to write my comment… so I am not sure if it’s essentially posting), but all I really wanted to say… wonderful post! And thanks for sharing your opinion..
OMG its Kohran! What a small small world. Anywho, hey miss Majida, I was just browsing through your blog and decided to check out this particular post. I just love it! I really love doing yoga as a supplement to my workouts and have often wondered if I should take the time to budget in some more classes so that I can really incorporate the practice of into my life and not just as an extra workout. I think you’ve inspired me to look further into this. Thanks love!
~many blessings
